Just few months back, we have seen Kareena in big screen with a slim and fit look. Even now she looks fab and fit in her pregnancy phase. Do you know the secret behind it? She follows the advice of her nutritionist Rujuta Diwekar. Kareena’s nutritionist recently told in her blog, that Kareena looks so fit and healthier now than before.

Kareena’s Morning Routine

She is concentrated on healthy diet as per her nutritionist advice. She also spends more time for health and fitness every day. She is starting her day peacefully by doing Surya Namaskars. Then, she walks on the treadmill for long time.

Kareena’s Pregnancy Yoga Secret

She has been doing yoga routinely even before. She practices yoga for two hours a day and on all days of the week. Kareena’s pregnancy yoga secret is, now she switched to Iyengar yoga for pregnancy. This yoga is helpful for healthy pregnancy and to stay in shape.

Kareena’s Workout Secrets

She always advises all women to do workouts in normal temperature than in air-conditioned room or gym. Even she follow it daily. She is also doing some simple and safe pregnancy workouts as per her trainer advice.

Kareena’s Pregnancy Daily Diet

In one of her interview Kareena told that she can’t stay away from rice in her daily diet. Due to healthy reasons, now she switched to brown rice instead of white rice. She takes more fresh raw fruits, dried fruits, nuts & fruit juices daily with her three times meal. She always had odd food cravings where she is mindful in eating now. She has now added millet biscuits, whole-wheat crackers, light snacks to keep her cravings away.

She drinks milk adding real saffron two times a day. She includes a cup of dahi or curd in her diet for her noon meal. She adds good amounts of ghee in her daily diet as it is good during pregnancy. Kareena’s nutritionist Rujuta is preparing her for pregnancy with special diet, yoga and workouts. She also trains her for labor and for healthy pregnancy.
